Dave and Mary Jo Nutting are the Founders and Directors of Alpha Omega Institute. They were college math and science instructors when they first grappled   with the problems of evolution and became convinced of the evidence for Creation. Their personal contact with students convinced them of the importance of the issue, not only in science, but in evangelism and Christian growth. Since founding AOI in 1984, they have spoken extensively, giving presentations for churches, universities, camps and tours both in the USA and internationally. Their presentations with hundreds of high-quality PowerPoint images have been noted for being enjoyable and easily understood for a wide variety of ages.

Bill Hoesch leads educational field tours with A.C.T. (Association for Creation Truth) to the Grand Canyon, teaches origins science at S. California Seminary in San Diego, and is a scientist with Logos Research Associates.  He received a Bachelor’s in geology from the U. of C. at Boulder and a Master’s of Science in geology from the Institute for Research Graduate School. For eight years he worked in petroleum exploration in the Rocky Mountain region and offshore West Africa, and taught petroleum geology in China for one year as short-term missionary at a leading petroleum university.  He served as a geology research assistant, tour-director, and public speaker with the Institute for Creation Research, where he worked for 18 years. His M.S. thesis involved a mapping project in the southern Front Range and finds Glen Eyrie, Colorado to be among the world’s top “outdoor classrooms” for relating biblical history to the Earth.

Dr. Doug Beck earned a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has 26 years of experience in product design and holds 12 patents. He & his wife have two children.

Dr. Tim Dane is the Senior Pastor of Mesa Hills Bible Church and founding President of Front Range Bible Institute where he also teaches regularly. He holds an M.Div. and Th.M. from The Master’s Seminary and a Ph.D. from Baptist Bible Seminary. Tim is also an adjunct professor at Irpin Seminary in Kiev, Ukraine. Tim and Karen have six children and three grandchildren, and have lived in Colorado 12 years after ministering 14 years in Southern California.
