Children ages 3 through the 8th grade are provided with a variety of opportunities for fellowship and spiritual growth.

Men's Ministries

Men have a variety of opportunities for both accountability and fellowship.

Women's Ministries

Ladies are encouraged to get involved in a number of different ways.

Prayer Meeting/Bible Study

Pastor Greg Gemmell leads this time of study and prayer on Wednesday nights (September-May) from 7-8pm in the Worship Center of the Main Building. There is a fellowship time of coffee and snacks at 6:30pm in the Worship Center main foyer.

Youth

The Youth meet on Wednesday nights (September-May) from 6-8pm in the Youth Room. The teens enjoy fellowship, discipleship, prayer and the study of God’s Word. Service opportunities are presented each year and mission trips are offered, Lord willing, every two years.

Summer Evening Fellowship

On select Wednesday nights throughout the summer MHBC enjoys a "Summer Evening Fellowship." A meal is served from 5:45-6:30pm. A themed program is presented from 6:45-8:00pm. Nursery is provided. The meal is $1 per person and $5 maximum per family. Please view the 2010 schedule or call the church for more details.

Choir

The Adult Choir seeks to glorify God through the ministry of music in worship. We rehearse every Thursday night from 7 till 8:30 PM, and sing in the Sunday morning worship services. The choir consists of adults ages 18 and older. If you have a heart from music and worship, we'd love for you to sing with us.

Outreach

MHBC is actively involved in the community in a variety of ways. Two ministries we financially, prayerfully and voluntarily support are the Springs Rescue Mission and Colorado Springs Pregnancy Center. We also offer and present various outreach projects to the church family throughout the year (free evangelistic concerts downtown at Acacia Park, participating in community events, door-to-door evangelism, local food banks, etc.)

Missions

A major distinction of Mesa Hills Bible Church is the emphasis on the ministry of missions, both home and foreign missions.

Of all the contributions received by the church last year, over 37% was distributed to 38 missionary families serving in 12 countries around the world. This amounted to over $268,000 in 2009.

Their work includes a variety of ministries such as church planting, prison work, literature distribution, an outreach to the military, Trans-World radio, churches for the deaf, Bible translation and visitation evangelism.
